Last year I lost 14lbs and several inches but once the winter hit I forgot about eating healthy and walks were a thing of the past. I got on the scaled today and have again back almost 10lbs of the 14 I lost:(
So here I am today with a new outlook and new goals. I want to loose 30lbs and will reach this goal, it will take time but will happen:) I can't go for walk yet as we still have snow and its getting really slushy but I'm going to start walking
to work asap, next week I imagine:)
