I spotted this project on Pinterest (and numerous blogs) and when I showed it to DH he thought it was pretty cool.  I'll be putting one together to hang in our office.  I wanted to keep it budget friendly, cause well, I didn't think it was worth a lot of money.  LOL.  I'm hoping to hit up Ikea next weekend for a frame, and I happened to have the perfect sized heart-shaped cookie cutter for it.  Now where I feel genius is putting my AMA (like CAA - a motor association) membership to use, because we get free road maps with membership.  I probably looked a little crazy asking for my long list of maps, but all my hearts are now all cut out waiting for a frame!  I saw on some blogs people going to used book stores trying to buy maps, but why do that when you can get them for free?!

Note: my hearts are much smaller than these ones, so it allows for growth as time goes on and we travel more together.

Super cute!!  Man, if we counted every stop we have made on our cruises & all the other vacations we have been on (big & small), we have been to tons of places together :)
