At $10.00 a pop out here in Ventura, its a big decision to make. I know from experience that they're not the most comfortable chairs to sit in, but aesthetically they look so much better and would probably look amazing in my venue. The caveat with renting the chairs is the delivery & set up fees and also if I decide to get chair pads that would be tacked onto that $10.00............. :(

so again I have to ask is it worth it?????

I found this add on wedding bee you may want to check out.  She rents it at $4 at chair and does serve the ventura county area.  HTH!

Thanks Cryssie I'm hoping to get some feedback about that vendor.

They always say that people go away remembering the food and the music so I'd put the money on that than on chairs. I agree that they do make pictures so much prettier but it's a great expense. I would hope that our group would be so entertained with dancing that they wouldn't want to sit. :)

If you can find them for cheaper and if it's in your budget, then go for it! :D

Hi Pixie,

Yeah, I decided it would be a ixay nixay on the Chiavari chairs just not worth it for me to spend that amount of money. It's funny now that I have all the main components in place... i.e, the caterer, rentals, venues, photog I'm really looking to see what I can cut back on so I won't go over budget. So no CHIAVARIS at my wedding :(

It's okay octobersky. I'm not having them either and I'm pretty sure we'll both have fabulous weddings without them. :D
