Happy thursday!

Hope you all are doing well! I am having such a good day! Went to WW and was down 2 lbs which puts me at a landmark 175! Woohoo! I haven't been under 178 since my fiance and I started dating almost 3 years ago! I am so excited to keep seeing that number go down! I finally know that I CAN and WILL do it! :) And, its all thanks to you ladies!

I didn't get a longer run like I had planned in today. But, I got 3mi! (in my best time, too!) I had to hurry because I have a super packed day! Meeting with my coaching staff in a bit and then going to our menu planning session! That topic leads to my daily food intake... :)

Activia fiber for breakfast, a jolly rancher (addicting but I limit myself to 3 max), a glass of v8 fusion(yum!) and a lean cuisine. the yummy mini pizza bites. Now I have 17 pts left for the menu tasting. hopefully I won't have to go into flex pts! but, if I do its ok. I just need to think first before I try something. Wish me luck!

@britta. Well your posts answers the text i just sent you. I will catch you up on things with my family next time we get together. Long story short things aren't looking up for the grandma

 

Well i think that Today's Tusday is a great way to put it because i am just kinda lost in the sense of don't really know how my food is going to be in the next week due to me having a family crisis of things. Food is going well today. I most definitely feel the need to cheat massively on food and go and eat a tub of ice cream and so on and so forth. but i am not going to. Thanks to you ladies.

breakfast: The usual oatmeal honey and fruit mixture

lunch: 2 cans of tuna mayo and relish (6 points) and froyo (6 points)

Dinner: I have no clue yet. I have a feeling it may be a cheat day just due to what is going on in my life. And i did say that i would allow me to have one cheat cheat day a month just so i don't go crazy. 

Work out: today is supposed to be my rest day but i think going for a walk/run will be goof for me as a good stress reliever. 

 

Hope you ladies are doing well. And keep on inspiring and keeping me going by your inspiration!

I don't know if I'm allowed to post my daily stuff here or if this is just for weight watchers people or what, but I'm going to post anyway:

I was very frustrated this morning when my scale said a number larger than yesterday. For the last two weeks, that number has been going down every day, at least by a portion of a pound. I think it has to do with my *tmi* period and lack of bowel movements lately, but we're taking care of that. Sigh. So, today I'm trying extra hard to bring that number back down for tomorrow.

Lunch: 1/2 Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Snack: Fiesta Chicken Wrap (wheat tortilla, chicken lunch meat, lettuce, and mild salsa) and an apple

Dinner: probably 1/2 of another Lean Cuisine meal

I wouldn't have had the apple, except I went into total "I need food" mode, and if I wouldn't have chosen that, it would have turned into a 2000 calorie binge - not good.

Hi ladies! I'm doing good today. BFBM in the morning. Nothing exciting with food - Green Monster for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, prob'ly a little meat and rice for dniner. Sorry, I know, not much to report :)

it was a gorgeous day in NYC today! DH and i enjoyed the weather by taking a nice long walk (about 2.6 miles total) around the city before heading to our salsa class this evening.

ate ok today. had leftovers for breakfast, yummy carnitas soft tacos with fresh cilantro, salsa verde and lime juice for lunch, roast chicken with brown rice and broccoli for dinner. cheated a little bit and had half a scoop of ice cream, but oh well! it was such a beautiful day! 

tomorrow, back to the gym for a nice long workout!
