Well i think that Today's Tusday is a great way to put it because i am just kinda lost in the sense of don't really know how my food is going to be in the next week due to me having a family crisis of things. Food is going well today. I most
definitely feel the need to cheat massively on food and go and eat a tub of ice cream and so on and so forth. but i am not going to. Thanks to you ladies.
breakfast: The usual oatmeal honey and fruit mixture
lunch: 2 cans of tuna mayo and relish (6 points) and froyo (6 points)
Dinner: I have no clue yet. I have a feeling it may be a cheat day just due to what is going on in my life. And i did say that i would allow me to have one cheat cheat day a month just so i don't go crazy.
Work out: today is supposed to be my rest day but i think going for a walk/run will be goof for me as a good stress reliever.
