 Number 7 was taken by ruby booties from Wizard of Oz. Satin booties made by Shoes Co. were originally white. But for filming costumers completely remade them. And the price of the pair is $666,000 now. It is common knowledge that initially 7 pairs of ruby booties were made but the destiny of only 3 of them is known. The first one is kept in the museum, the second was stolen in 2005 and the third was sold at the auction at the price of $666,000.

Number 5 goes to Platinum Guild stiletto heels from Stuart Weitzman. Their price is $1,090,000. As many as 464 diamonds adorn platinum straps making the sandals look extravagant and sparkling. Every year the designer chooses a Cinderella to wear the masterpiece. The first lucky woman was Laura Harring who was meant to put on the sandals at the Oscar Awards in 2002. The actress appeared on the red carpet accompanied with three bodyguards.

   Number 4 and here you see one more work of the renowned Stuart Weitzman. But this time it is a ruby sandal priced at $1,600,000. The jewelry company Oscar Heyman & Bros presented 642 rubies totaling 120 carats. The precious stones are fixed on platinum. By the way, the sandals feature an 11 cm stiletto heel, not bad. The shoes were thought to be used for Nicola Churchwood’s appearing at the Oscars. But it was cancelled. According to the designer, the reason was respect for Iraq events.
