Hi Ladies!

I'm working on a research paper- Those of you who are involved in Early Childhood Education, how do you manage family relations?  How do you support improving those relations?  What would your ideal relationship be?

Thanks in advance!  I'm trying to get as many different viewpoints as possible for my paper!  I know there are several teachers on here!
