I just picked up the book What to expect before you're expecting today.

I'm about 70 pages in (skimming mind you because I'm not going to sit there and read a chapter about how I shouldn't smoke cigarettes/pot or make 2 trips to the vending machine a day.  lol.).

Have any of you read/do you own this book?  Find it helpful?

I feel like there is lots to take away but it seems like everything and its brother "lowers sperm count" or likelihood of conception.

Thoughts?  Suggestions for further reading?  I'm in a devouring mood ;)

I read it...not helpful. Try Taking Charge of Your Fertility.

I have not had a chance to read it, but I have heard from many that the book Jackie recommends is great

These are helpful tips.  I will ceck with the Taking Charge of Your Fertility book.  Sounds good.

I'm a bit futher in to What to expect before and it's getting better and more informative (especially for someone who is a total newb. like me).  :)

I'm reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's amazing. Super detailed, but still written in a way to make you really understand what's going on with your body. I'm charting the three signs, too, on Fertility Friend since I have the app on my phone.

I got that book, but really didn't like it that much.
