UGH....Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred

I started this last night. O.M.G. I am so sore already!!! LOL Who knew a 20 minute workout could kick my butt so bad! I even did a 5K on my treadmill after it to try and loosen up all of the muscles but that didn't work. I'm in pain! lol Its going to be comical to see myself try and do it again tonight. LOL Has anyone done this workout for the full 30 days? How were your results?

I did it once... haha... once as in 1x20 minute session..

I've been doing te 30 day shred for going on three weeks now.  I've advanced to level 2. The first couple days are the worst I promise!  I do it 3 days on and then 3 days off.  My stomach has already lost 3 inches total now :)  It's rough but I found that counting the moves out (especially cardio) keeps me focused on something besides how much it burns.  By the third day my work out was getting better and by the 6th day (with the rest day in between) I was able to complete the entire workout with out feeling like I was going to die...  The results are great...  in a couple more weeks I'll post some results!

I started the 30 day shred last night too and feel your pain!  I'm debating if I should doing it tonight or to do it every other night, even going up and down stairs for the laundry is sore, but I do know it does get easier after about a week, I did it after I had my daughter (2 years ago) and noticed a big change, so keep at it!

Well, I'm going to ATTEMPT to do it again tonight. I just don't know how low I'll get with the squats or pushups. lol

i keep telling myself that i'm going to start doing this again on a regular basis because i really loved the results i got when i did it before my wedding (did it almost every day for about three weeks). maybe we should start a daily 30 day shred check in thread!

Threw my back out Sunday doing it lol.

so I get a week of rest I guess instead of my 3 days lol.

I did it for about 2 weeks... I didnt necessarily QUIT doing it, but I kinda did.

It is FOR REAL though, no joke... I kinda wanted to get back into it and try again mostly to tone and build muscle... it is one of the BEST home work out videos I have ever seen!!
