I was panicking all weekend that I would ovualte before going into my appt this morning, because I felt O pains starting Sat night, but apparently everything looked good. The nurse showed me and DH the screen during the ultrasound and explained
what we were seeing.
She said the left ovary was doing all the work this month and I had 3 good sized eggs.
two at 23mm and one at 19mm. She also showed us an area with 3 lines (tri-something) that she said was really good to see. She
explained it but I asked so many questions and I was in stirrups so I didn't write it down. (Anyone know what this is?)
She said the lining was at 13mm.
I took an OPK as soon as I got home and got a smiley face so I called her and she told me
to go ahead and do the trigger shot(Ovidrel)right then instead of waiting until night time.
DH and I go in tomorrow at 7:15am for our first IUI.
Since we have "undiagnosed" infertility I am terrified this won't work but at the same time I
am so excited! There is a chance that this will work and it kind of blows my mind to think about it.
I will post my experience after the IUI tomorrowfor those of you that have never had it done or are just curious.
