A few of you ladies have asked me for the directions on how I made my Unity Candle, so here they are:
I bought my candle from Hobby Lobby, it is a 3" x 9" pillar, white candle. Then I also bought the Taper candles there. The other supplies you will need are: Velum/Transparent Paper - you can get it at Hobby Lobby or Michaels 20 Sheets for
$6, Ribbon (I used 1 1/2 inch black, and 7/8" cranberry), 2X sided tape or hot glue. I prefer the tape because its easier to work with and less messy.
First, take you logo and figure out where the logo needs to be on your paper, and
correct the size accordingly. I printed landscape and it took a few times to get it directly centered.
We found that the ink kept smearing on the paper leaving small stains, so FI put the paper inside a sheet protector, then cut the hold punc side
off, and cut the protector and paper so that it would fit properly around the candle.
Next, take the double sided tape and cut a strip the size of the candle and put it on the candle. Take one end of the logo and secure it to the double
sided tape. Wrap the logo around and put another strip of double sided tape on the back and secure the other end of the logo. It should overlap a little bit, but its in the back, so no one will see it.

Third, take your ribbon and cut it to fit the candle. Repeat the previous step by
putting the tape on the candle and securing the ribbon, and wrapping it around the candle, then use another piece of tape to secure it. Again, it will overlap a tiny bit. Do this for both the top and the bottom. Repeat with smaller ribbon.

We also did this same step on the taper candles.
If my directions
still are not very clear, let me know...and I will try to get my specific on the areas that don't make sense. Let me know if you need more help!

Have fun!
