So, I am 20 years old. I was going to school to become a nurse.

My Due date is March26, 2013

Ever since I found out that I was pregnant I quit school to foucus on work and to save money in hopes to move out of my parents house.

Well, I am a Certified Nurses Assistant and my job requires me to lift, push and pull heavy patients I injured myself at work, leaving me with no job now.

I am relying on my Boyfriend who recently got a DUII and is trying to go threw the court system to erase it off his record. But as anyone knows DUI's are not cheap. He works a minimum wage job. And all of his pay checks go to the DUI.

My parents are on a tight budget trying to get by pay check by pay check. I feel like I am soley on my own with this. I have no money to get my unborn baby anything. Only hand me downs form my sisiters child.

I doubt anyone would buy me a crib, mattress, high chair all of those things for my baby shower.

Help! I have no idea what I am doing. Any suggestions?

I would suggest contacting some local agencies in your area that help you with baby supplies etc. we have one in FL that will provide diapers etc.
Also start looking at Craig's List and consignment stores for gently used baby items.

For the first couple months all you need is a crib / pack n play and a swing. The other items can wait.

Hugs to you!

I agree with prinncessjennifer..........look at all the agencies that your local area and even your state offer.  There is nothing wrong with getting some help!

I would look into WIC and medical assistance too.  Medical assistance picked up all my bills that my insurance didnt pay, and WIC gave me food when I was pregnant and then food & formula when I had my LO.  I would also look into food stamps as well.

Ditto what jen said too
