I just thought I'd give a quick update on where I am at. Due to my stress level I have been taking it pretty easy and trying not to overtax myself. Drinking lots and lots of water. I have been working out, but not as much as before.
Wed : smalle 40 mins of cardio
Thurs: 45 mins of cardio
Friday: hour of weights and 27 mins of cardio
Sat: I did this crazy scavnger hunt through my town and was jogging/walking for 2 1/2 hours.
Sun :nothing
As of this morning I was 126.2. Not sure how that happened considering I was 127.4 the other day. I was trying to skip my period this week because of my boudoirs on sunday , but I might have started the pills too late. I am cramping and very
moody right now. I started talking the pills again saturday night and as of last night I started getting PMS.
So.....I really don't know what's going on with my body. I'm going to see a doctor this week.
