So the first place I got an ultrasound done at had the tech look at it again and they say the baby is def a boy. So I now have two different answeres from two different places. What do I do now.

You get gender neutral baby items. :)

Can you get a 3rd party to check you out? I know you don't want to spend the $, but I think if you don't, you will get a surprise.

I say definatly get another opinion. I had a friend who was told through out her pregnancy that she was having an Ava Ruth...well she had her baby BOY a few days ago! lol

I would just wait until you had the little gaffer. That is the only way to know for certain.

At this point, I'd say just be ready with both a boy name and a girl name and find out the old fashioned way!  Good luck!

Odds are it's a boy. Whenever there's a mis-read ultrasound it's almost always a boy when the tech says girl. It's extremely rare for it to be the other way around. When a tech says girl, there's always a possibility that it's a boy and he wasn't realy obvious at showing the goods.

And no tech should be saying 100% on gender at only 17 weeks. Many won't even make a guess before 20 weeks.

Post photos from your ultrasound and we can all include our opinions.

Can you post the picture of your ultrasounds? Since a lot of us have very recently gotten one (are in that phase) we might be able to take an educated guess.
Personally, I would go with what your OB office says. 17 weeks is early and most places cannot definitvely say one way or the other. All they can do is give you a best guess...
20 weeks is more likely to be accurate and if the OB said boy at that many weeks then that seems more likely. either way you're having a baby!

I agree...post a pic, we want to see the little person!
