ladies!
How have I missed you guys so much!!!! So here I am at work and i can't even function, I am still in HM mode. LOL
Everything seems like it as all a BLUR...[Brides heed my advice, take a step back and take it all in the day goes by so fast, before you know it the day is over!]
WEDDING RECAP: The night before I couldn’t sleep, I was so giddy and nervous!! I all I could think about was that in a few hrs I
was going to get married! I slept over at my In-laws, they were so sweet to let me stay over (seeing that my place was a massive wreck with moving
my stuff over to DH place and the fact that my parents we having family from OOT.) DH text me Gd Night & told me he had a surprise for me tomorrow!! :D
That AM I woke up to my Mother-In-Law having Breakfast for me J
Since most of you know we were on a strict budget for this wedding so our in-laws put it upon themselves that they were going to help out with the Food and
Setting up of the complete reception! They left and set off to take care of the Hall where DH was to meet them to help as he could not see me. The
weather forecast was nothing but RAIN for the whole day so it was a drag for me but I let it not bother me and moved on I decided I was not going to let rain ruin my day.
I got ready a left to my hair and m/up appt to where I would meet my BM’s) As soon as I got to the salon It started to pour down even harder and the
lights went out for a bit… BOO L ( I said a little prayer and again I shrugged it
off) As soon as I realized it was time for us to head over to the church. The MOST AMAZING part is that just for a moment, right when I was coming out of the
salon it stopped raining!!! It was unbelievable, because all I could think was “OMG! I am going to step outside and I am going to ruin my
hair…” As soon as I started driving it started to rain like crazy again. Till I got to the church… we arrived and the clouds cleared and from that moment on the rain disappeared! God is AMAZING!!!
The rest of the evening went off like a blur…. We(I) didn’t get to take all the pics we wanted, DH and I danced like 3 songs, we had to say
hello to all the guests and what not. Everyone loved our Priest and his Homily they said the Ceremony was Wonderful, the reception-Décor was wonderful!
My in-laws/DH couldn’t have done a better job!!! And my surprise from DH was an AMAZING bride and Groom Ice Sculpture! I will post as soon as I get pics!
He had it hidden for months and I never even knew about it! LOL. I am sure I have left out tons of deets that will come to me later on …
