Verdict Watch:Casey Anthony Trial

I believe in the death penalty and feel it is a real way for a killer's victim and their family to actually have justice- I hope that they decide on that but either way she is obviously a pathological liar

I haven't been following it, but I am a death penalty supporter so I'm pretty sure you know where I stand with that.

I believe in the death penalty ...only because the prison systems are bull sh*t! 3 meals a day access to tv , libraries, gyms....having worked EMS in a very run down, very bad area of Newark< NJ along with Irvington and the surrounding areas..i've seen and heard of homeles ppl who commit crimes just to go to prison for the winter! Prison these days are not what they use to be..PPL use to be afraid of going to prison!

Which is why i loved hearing bout the chain gangs in Arizona and tent city which was started by Sheriff Joe Arpaio:

On July 2, 2011, when the temperature in Phoenix hit 118 °F (48 °C), Arpaio measured the temperature inside Tent City at 145 °F (63 °C). Some inmates complained that fans near their beds were not working, and that their shoes were melting from the heat. During the summer of 2003, when outside temperatures exceeded 110 °F (43 °C), Arpaio said to complaining inmates, "It's 120 degrees in Iraq and the soldiers are living in tents, have to wear full body armor, and they didn't commit any crimes, so shut your mouths."

I am just wondering why it's taking so long. They have been deliberating for almost 10 hrs. They keep mentioning juror no.4. Saying how she said she doesn't like to judge people. They usually say the longer the jury takes the better it is for the defense.

They mentioned that Casey is considered a "celebrity" now. UGH. I said that a long time ago when Caykee first went "missing". It just seemed like Casey was enjoying it. Running to the car covering her face like real celebs do. I hate the fact that she lauhs in court. WTH is funny!? They played the tape where she said something to the effect of why is everyone worried about Caylee. Just disgusting!

I to think that the death penalty would be too easy. There are those who do commit crimes to go to jail, but people like her don't want to be in prison. That's why that's the best for her. She wants to be out especially now. Like nish said, if she got off she would be a diva cause she thinks she is really a celeb.

It's taking so long because of the popularity of this case. If they take a short amount of time then the defense will have ground for an appeal... the jury had already made up their minds prior to being dismissed for deliberation. They are being on the safe side... I really think that this jury is going to weigh each and every piece of evidence that they were presented with.

The only thing I'm definitely praying for is that it's not a hung jury. I want to go accept that she is going to jail and that's that!

It's going to take a while for a verdict. I mean, they don't even have cause of death. There really is a lot of circumstancial evidence in this. And while the court of public opinion made up it's mind, a jury can't be so quick about it.

As for the "I don't want to judge people" juror. Um... you're on a jury. Wtf?

Juror #4 should have readily admitted that during jury selections because I'm quite sure neither camps would have elected her as a member of the jury maybe an alternate but definitely not a juror!

Hell, I'd probably say that during jury selection to go back to work.

I just hope this doesn't cause some mistrial issue. Because we really want to go back through this again.

Sure don't want to have to go through this again! I mean enough...

ditto pmnuenes- jail is the easy out IMO- it may be old school but I still think of eye for an eye as justice- I studied criminal justice in college- love the field- I have followed thsi story forever on Kaylee can't wait to hear the verdict
