Hi can anyone recommend a good videographer? It hasn't been a priority in my wedding planning. But I've decided now that I want one. However, my budget for it is relatively small ~$1,000

Thanks!

I just did my research on videographers so I have a bunch of recommendations.  For that budget its gonna be hard but I noticed most videographers have associate packages.  Also I found out lot of the better videographers are from So Cal and they were much cheaper than the ones up here.

The only one that would possibly be in your budget is below.  They are an up and coming husband and wife team.  They just did m4rcla's wedding today and will have the video posted tomorrow.

If you can budge a little more, let me know and I'll give you more recommendations.

wow I'm really impressed with capture me- especially if it's for around $1000. That's so hard to find!

I know of some cheap videographers that would do a video/editing for a full day for around $500. But they editing is cheesy. If you really want their info I can get it for you. Otherwise I'd go with the one rkrupan suggested

Yeah I'm really happy with the love story video that capturemevideography did. I'm still waiting for the wedding video but I'm sure it'll turn out great!

They are an up and coming husband/wife team so the price is still great right now since they are just starting, but they are very talented and I LOVE their cinematography style.

I'm impressed with capturemevideography. I'd like to have them for my wedding too, but they don't do Sunday weddings.  Mine is on Sunday. Recommendation on others around the same price range?  I don't mind ~$500 ones either; I'm sure they will still be better than home made.

Hi

I know someone that does videography but Im not sure if he is in your budget. However he will def know people who are.

you can email him and let him know your details (time, location, edited, raw footage) and who knows....he may be able to work something out for you. I already told him that you were looking for a videographer so tell him "Liesel" told you about him. He wanted more details like amount of time etc. which i didnt know. Hope he can help!

Try Alumiere Films, Kevin Chin Photography and Cinema, Aaron Lee Films or W. Video Production. I also found some great deals on Craiglist: www.finalframe.com

depends on what your budget is.  i got quotes from $1500 to over $5000.  i ended up booking fantasy sound event services b/c they gave me $500 off for booking the videographer and dj with them.
