W got approved by underwriting for our loan. The feeling is surreal! After all these longs months, i really don't know how to react. I'm not as ecstatic as i thought i'd be when the time came, probably because of all the let down's and turn
arounds prior but don't get me wrong i am thrilled!! Its like exhaling after holding your breath for a very, very long time. Our committment letter should be coming down the pipe and hopefully we will have in hand by the end of the day on
monday.

completely over but as you all know, one of the biggest hurdles has been cleared
