I know I've been totally slacking with my update and everything but yup, we're married! A few things went wrong. We weren't totally happy with our photographer (well pictures were great but his attitude could use some work).
Jeff and his side was THRILLED and everyone said Jeff looked like a prince, it was great.
We had my henna night on Friday which was fun. My two matrons of honor also came and hung out and got henna done.

So the next day we had what is called a "Grah Shanti"...that's a prayer for me where they invite the gods to come to our wedding festivities and stuff. Before that we had the "pithi" for me where they do a prayer (we have a lot of prayers
haha) and then cover me in tumeric which is supposed to be good for your skin and make you glow on your wedding day. I have all these crazy allergies so we tried to be a little careful with the tumeric haha. The pithi was at my aunt's
house and then the grah shanti was at a hall where Jeff's side came also. Normally the groom's side wouldn't come because they would be having their own prayer but since Jeff wasn't having one, we had him come over so he could meet my family and
stuff. That's also where my aunt and uncle present me with my wedding sari and Jeff's parents presented me with my reception outfit.
First set of pictures are from the pithi...
Dad and his girls...my dad's not good at
smiling so we had to force this face out of him haha.

The next set are from the grah shanti....everyone loved that Jeff and his mom came in Indian clothes. The rest of the men came in barongs (traditional Filipino shirt)...
