We're official!

We had our civil ceremony in San Mateo this afternoon, so I am now officially a MRS! Just slightly over a month to go b4 our church wedding :)

BTW, if anyone else is gna do theirs in San Mateo, def check out the Wed on the Web option. Our family n friends who weren't able to join us in person, were all with us via the web. Plus immediately after, they gave us a dvd of the entire thing! Very cool.

Oh, and a key thing 4 anyone else in our situation (tryg to get legalities sorted out b4 our DW) - you get the real deal cert (and the souvenir one too) immediately after. No wait :)

Off to dinner now, will post pics later!

Thanks ladies! Apologies for the multiple posts. I was so excited, I was posting from my blackberry and who knows what my clumsy fingers did :)

The day went so well - we really didn't plan much for today, I kinda thought we'd just go through the motions. But on our way to the county offices, it hit both of us that we were getting hitched today and suddenly we got really excited :) All the little things I was worried about - the drama, the weirdness - I really didn't care about any of that today.  And that's put me at ease for the big-big day.  I'm sure I'll be even more excited then, and all of my worries will just fall to the wayside.

The Gulias' international wedding train has just started - next stop Manila!!!
