Website RSVP function HELP!

I can't seem to upload my guest list onto my project wedding website so my guests can rsvp online. I used the template they provided and saved as a .csv file. And it keeps saying there are errors. Im really getting irritated. Can anyone shed some light on this? 

Hi there!! I received that problem when I didn't have the exact same columns as the example one (for example, the way the names and guests are input and address and all of that good stuff, it needs to be exactly the way they have it!!)
