So my FI and I have decided that at our reception we are going to have a friend who has amazing talent play. :) Everyone needs to go listen to his music he is AMAZING! You can hear his music on Itunes, look up the name We Should Whisper! He has awesome vocals and is just so original! He has also done a few covers like Paparrazi and Kiss Me Through The Phone.

So I am wondering is anyone else doing something similar for their wedding?

That's awesome that you have such a talented friend! We are getting a band because I cannot fathom the thought of having a DJ! I know it's cheaper and more convenient but it seems so Sweet 16 to me. Plus you just don't get the kind of energy from a DJ that you do from a live band!
