Hey all! So I was wondering what colors you are using for your wedding... whether or not you are color coordinating for the specific branch, etc. Having a hard time deciding what I want to do! Any ideas are great :) Please post colors and branch! Thanks!

We're doing eggplant purple and antique gold. You can see the flower inspiration in my bio. Not using the navy blue color to represent the Navy. Just not something we wanted :) Do whatever inspires you!

I really wanted to do red white and blue, my friends did it and it looked so awesome. But in the end, we chose silver, blue and purple. I figure I have my whole life to coordinate my ball dresses with his uniform, etc and I wanted our wedding day to be different :)

we're doing sunrise yellow and royal blue...my fav color has always been yellow and my fiances has always been blue and at first i thought this is really gonna clash but it is coming together super beautifully and now i am very happy we have both colors included. my bridesmaids are gonna have sunrise yellow dresses and the groomsmen will have black tuxes with yellow vests and my fiance will have a black tux blue vest so he will pop out more and the little flower girls will have the blue dresses. we are gonna decorate the whole chapel with yellow ribbons in honor of the military and we are getting married at camp ripley memorial chapel on the army base in little falls. the reception will be at the vfw i am going to have yellow and blue gumballs in glass vases with flags for centerpieces similar to these

only with our wedding colors. my flowers are yellow tulips and blue irises with miniature white callas...the bridesmaids are gonna have mini calls with yellow and blue lilacs and the flower girls are gonna have royal blue callas with white stephanotis...

Our theme is more winter than about what branch he is in.  Do what you want to do :)
