The following is a sample of my introductory packages special for PW brides (please contact me for detailed packages as what is not a full
description). My packages are completely customizable as I understand that not all brides are the same and some may not use all the services I offer and others may have special requests. In the end this will als help me get an idea of what brides
really need.
Day-Of Coordination – completely customizable, Priced from $700 ($300 discount)
Consultations – Free initial consultation and three additional consultations (on location or off site)
Unlimited contact via email and phone to
consult with you at any time during the contracted period leading up to your event
Supply vendor and venue referrals
Provide bridal checklist month by month
Alert you when each vendor payment is due
Design processional and recessional (if needed)
Assist in creating sequence of events (timeline) for ceremony and reception (distribute to all vendors and wedding party)
Obtain and review vendor information (copy of contract, duties, contact info, set-up times, breakdowns, restrictions, etc.)
Follow up calls to guests who have not responded to your invitation
Ensure all vendors are executing their services as agreed upon in their contract
Set up and coordinate ceremony and reception sites
Distribute flowers to bridal party
Distribute final payments and vendor gratuities as instructed on your behalf
Coordinate transfer of flowers, gifts and guest book
Oversee breakdown of reception and assure all items are returned to designated person or hotel room
Full Coordination – completely customizable, Priced from$1,750 or 8% of the budgeted cost of your wedding (whichever is greater) - a $750 discount
In addition to what is included in the Day-Of package, the following is offered:
Budget development
Vendor research, negotiation, consultation for selection and booking
Accompaniment to vendor appointments (up to 5, more for an additional charge)
Design wedding website and manage RSVPs
Rehearsal – attend, oversee and manage as needed
Ensure that bride and groom, wedding party, family and friends are aware of roles and duties for the big day
Organize bridal party
Ensure all items are collected from ceremony and reception site – including transfer of items in between venues
Meet with the bride and groom for last minute details
