I haven't used one yet.  I want a DOC myself.  I would totally trust perfectweddingplanner.com.  They are owned by the Scotto Brothers and I went to a tea party where they were hosting it.  They def seem prepared and capable.  My only issue was that they seemed to be bit $.  I only need one DOC but they send 2 and it would be a little over $1000 for the entire day.  I didn't talk to them to negotiate prices though so there may be room to neg.

she has been great so far and if your just looking for a d.o.s she only charges $250 and she is there for the whole day...hope this helps!
