Hi Becca, hi ladies! How is everyone?

I'm doing good. Nothing special going on this week. Work is pretty busy, that's ok and the LO is still VERY active and demanding. But he is a sweetie and with his smile he always makes me melt :-)

DH's work is very stressful at the moment, he gets home late and doesn't really get to spend time with Fabrice. I hope this is only a short period!

The weather got really cold over here and they have forecasted snow for Thursday. I'm kind of excited, cause I love snow, but I feel like the winter is sooo long this season and I'm ready for spring time.

Well, I am in the North East and have been enjoying well above averge temps. I went dress shopping for Dress #3 and found a beautiful dress in Champagne. I was given a cool pampering/ destressing box from David's.

The Vow Renewal planning is going incredibly well.

I made a delicious roasted chicken Sunday night for the family. I added 1/3 cup cheddar cheese and scalions to the hot mashed potatoes and fat free milk which prevented the addition of butter. I also made a very healthy veggie loaded salad.

I am still painting escort cards and working on vrious DIY projects.

My DH has been incredible and loves my weight loss, though he keeps telling me that I really do not need to lose more weight.

On that front my blood work came back without any new information. My blood sugars are Low but I am spilling keytones at the same time and yet the Lupus Titre is still neg and my thyroid is perfect. All they can figure is that my body has hit a weight celiling and is doing what it should be, just a little faster than most.They will be watching.

As for the Lupus I have all of the symptoms of it just not the positive titre. My "Lupus Mask" is currently showing! For those that don't know what this is for me because I am so fair it shows as a RED chest and face looks like a "butterfly". Most think I am blushing. This is why they treat me as if I have lupus most of the time.

My two older kids have the REAL FLU and Sarah has a fever so high I put her in my room to keep an eye on her. I may have to bring her to the hospital later. She is at 104 degrees 105 she will be hospitalized. She is 17.

I will be busy with arts and crafts later today.

Hi ladies! We don't have much planned this week really...

@Olivia -I can totally relate -DH works until dinner but then he only gets a couple of hours with Megan and he works a lot at home as well :( she's only 6 months so it's hard for me to try to get out of the house with her on my own so I'm very anxious for spring as well!

@Bridie -you must be getting so excited, not too long now until your vow renewal! Your DH is so sweet about your weight loss. I want to lose a lot of weight as well -I had Megan 6 months ago and we don't really get out of the house a lot since the weather has been either cold or mild and icy. We bought some exercise equipment this past weekend I'm looking forward to getting back to my pre-pregnancy (or even less!) weight. My DH is similar and says I look great at any weight, but I want to do this for myself :) I hope your daughter gets better soon!

We're currently trying to sort out our travel plans for our upcoming trip to England to visit Ross's family since they haven't met Megan yet... we got her passport a few days ago and she looks like a mini criminal lol! We have to arrange for our dog to go into boarding as well which sounds easier than it is... she's really aggressive/protective and doesn't like people/dogs except for us and a few family members but we have an appt. at a vet's to get her vaccinations up to date and they also do boarding so hopefully that'll all work out. We're getting that settled until we book our flights so I hope everything turn out ok!

Hey everyone! I haven't checked in here in a few weeks and just wanted to pop in and say hello!

@Olivia: I'm so ready for spring, too! We haven't had a super cold winter, but I'm just ready for longer days and more opportunities to go outside! I know that would probably help you with Fabrice, too :-)

@Bridie: I'm so glad your vow renewal and weight loss regimen are going well! I also had to smile at your potato recipe. I just made mashed potatoes last night and we were out of butter. I had to do the same doctoring! I love how it turned out, it might be my new alternative :-) I sure hope your daughter's fever breaks and she feels better soon.

@Steph: Oh my goodness, I *completely* understand the dog boarding trouble. We have similar issues with our dog, except for him it is separation anxiety. It is so hard to leave him with just anyone. We have only boarded him once and it was overnight - while we were in the same town! Big hugs to you, I hope things go well at the vet. I know how it can add so much stress to travel plans. And many people have a hard time understanding :-)

Life is good for us right now! I can't remember if I officially told this group, but DH and I are welcoming our first baby in July :-) It has been really fun and exciting sharing this happy time with our families. Now the reality of a new little person coming into our lives is hitting us and we are starting to prepare our home, etc. So hopefully I will have some fun updates in the next few months!

Well, we have an appt. at a vet for Bella so she can get her vaccinations -they board as well so I hope they'll take her in. DH is bringing her since she's better with him than with me -she's *my* dog so she feels she needs to be my bodyguard -which is good and bad -definitely makes me feel safter when I walk her at night!

@Debbie -Congrats on your pregnancy!! I saw you posted in a couple of baby groups :) July is the best due date month -Megan's birthday is the 12th (mine is the 24th lol.) Are you going to find out the sex? We found out with Megan but aren't going to for baby #2 -we plan on TTC again after Megan's 1st birthday.

Hello everyone!!!

This week is fairly normal. I started school last week. I am taking my very first class towards getting my MBA-human resources. It is a Business Law class...and I have never taken any business classes before. lol. It's different to say the least!! This is probably one of the harder classes of the program, it just worked out with my schedule so I am doing it first.

DH has an interview on Friday with a guy he would love to work for, so fingers crossed that works out!! I have a tiny cold, so my nose has been stuffy for a few days...and it kind of sucks to eat. lol. Really looking forward to this weekend!

Crab feed with DH's family and close family friends, and NINER GAME on SUnday!! GO NINERS!!!!!!!!!!! :D (not going, just watching with friends)

@Olivia, I hope DH's work stress lessens up soon, and that the weather gets warmer! I cannot wait until summer as well!

@Bridie, your vow renewal projects are coming along great! I hope you and your daughter's health improves!! Sending positive vibes!

@Steph, Wow, have a great first trip with the LO to visit family in England!!! How exciting!

Hey ladies! I'm a bit late for this tread but better now than never, right?

@Olivia: I hear you with the cold weather! It has been -32 Celcius degree around here yesterday!! Crazy right? End of January and beggining of Febuary are the coldest months around here. Can't wait to be late march for Spring...I'm not a winter person at all!

@Bridie: You must be so excited with your vow renewal coming soon? Can't wait to here about it! And I truly hope you and your daughter feel better soon.

@Steph: I hate having my dog in boarding too. He's so anxious and afraid..I'm fearing the day the vet will told us he was agressive cause he was too anxious...But I hope you'll have a great trip with all your family!

@Debbie: It's good to have you back on this tread :)! Preparing the house for your LO must make it so concrete to you and your DH. July will be here in no time!

@Elise: How great that you started school back! I bet your class must be quite difficult and different but I'm sure you'll rock it, girl!

Here, we're still taking care of Zac after his leg operation. Everything went fine and he's doing really well! There was blood for a couple of days, but now the wound is really clean and almost totally closed. We're seeing the vet on Monday so I can't wait to see what he say about his healing.

Other than that, I started back my internship & a new job this week so it's been pretty crazy. Next week, winter semester is beggining so it will be worse!!! But at least time fly by...In no time it will be summer...I hope!
