Steph, if you are just starting back after a long break, aim for 30 minutes of cardio most days for a couple weeks (whatever form you choose is fine!) After your body gets back into the groove a little bit, then switch it up! :)
Tressy, I'm sorry you're feeling blue too :( That's a lot of changes for your body and mentally too. Good luck with your jobs and everything else-sending you positive vibes!!!
Update: I need everyone to cover their ears because I am screaming with HAPPINESS!!!! As you all know, for the last year things have been a little tight for DH and I, and I have been scrimping, sacrificing and all that other good
stuff. With that and all of your positive thoughts and prayers, and a few jobs, things are starting to go in the positive trend. I'm so thrilled, I can't even put it into words and if I wasn't afraid of hurting myself, I'd do a back flip!!
