We'll live in the house his parents buy until we get settled with jobs and figure out what area we want to buy in. We're pretty open from Roseville to Grass Valley.

And ladies, I found a way to share my photos w/ you w/o having to upload them to here.

Wow, that's awesome! That's the hard part about buying a house...deciding what area you want to stay in for a long time!! Our friends live in Roseville, and the houses are really affordable out there!

@Ashley - Baby shower pictures are gorgeous!!!

@Elise - I am jealous. I want to get off work at two! And I want things to even out too. That's why I been on PW all day to take my mind off of the craziness here. Lol.

Hey lovelies,

I'm sorry, I've been a bit MIA lately. DH & I had an Ectopic pregnancy end of august/mid september and after all the health issues being behind us, we'd been hit pretty hard by the lost of our LO. But now we're doing way better and we'll be TTC again this month. Hopefully it will work first cycle again and the little bean will stick at the right place this time.

Otherwise, pretty big week for me. I'm doing a thesis presentation on Thursday which is actually time consuming. I would also like to finish the wedding album for our parents. It's going pretty well but it's so long. Especially loading all the pictures.

Anyway, I have a lot of catch up to do on what have been happening in your life lately. I promise I'll be there more often as of right now :).

xx

Hi girls! I'll do personals a bit later :) Just stopping in to post a quick update!

Everything is going pretty well. I've been a little down recently. I think it's mostly the result of boredom. Even though I'm happy with my decision to quit my job, I really feel like I have failed career wise. My friends careers are thriving and I wish I could find my passion. Although we're not officially TTC I stopped taking my birth control this month. It's supposed to take a couple months for your body to readjust. So we'll see if we get a surprise. I'm supposed to get my period in a couple of days. I highly doubt we're pregnant, but we'll see!

On a brighter note, we had my sister in laws engagement party on Saturday night. It was beautiful! They did it at a lovely restaurant in New York City. I am a bridesmaid in her wedding and I could not be happier for her! On Sunday, one of my best friends got engaged! She was my bridesmaid. :) So it was a happy weekend!

Tressy - So happening if we win!!! I need to ask you a question about crocheting.  I started back up again and I'm right handed.  My wrist bone seems to have gotten sore from doing crochet and it seems to have bruised the bone right above it (not 100% sure yet).  Do you use gloves or anything when you crochet?

Ashley - The pictures are gorgeous!!!

Elise - Morning shift is awesome!!!  Eric had the morning shift and I would get up with him and work starting at 5 a.m. and it was the best schedule.  I got done at 2 and had the rest of the afternoon/evening to get errands done.  I did go back to work in the evening, as my doctors dictate all day.  I hope Trent is feeling better!!!

Pascale - I am so sorry to hear about your loss!!!!  (((hugs))) We are glad to have you back on the boards!!! Good luck on your thesis!!! You will do great! Can't wait to see what you select for the wedding album!!!  : )

Rania - Hey sweetie!!! I'm so sorry that you are feeling down.  You just haven't found your passion yet and that is okay!  Could you maybe volunteer using your legal skills? Congrats on your SIL's party and a second congrats on your friend getting engaged.  I'm sure they will both be needing your help planning their weddings too.  : )

@Pascale - I've missed you so much and was thinking of you last week. So sorry about the etopic pregnancy but have my fingers and toes crossed to hear happy news on a new bundle of joy! Good luck on your thesis presentation!

@Rania - As Becca said, I too am sorry you are down. You are too darn gorgeous to be down! And please don't feel like you failed career wise. Most people end up changing careers mid life because lets face it, when we are young, most of us don't really know what we want to do, do things for our parents, or what we thought we wanted to do is boring or stressful! You are not a failure, you just have to find your passion for what you truly love! And who knows? It may be in the legal field, but in a different aspect. I got my fingers crossed for you to have a bundle of joy and how wonderful all the weddings!!!

@Becca - No I don't use any gloves and what is amazing is I have NEVER had any problems with my wrist with crocheting and I also type as well! Do you do anything else besides crochet that may have caused the bruising? I also think too it depends on how you hold your needle. Everyone holds their needle differently and that may be the cause as well. I would suggest you use a glove and see how that works for you. Wouldn't want you to stop something you love! How often do you crochet?

Hey ladies!!

Dh and I are putting the finishing touches on our dining room redecoration/painting. Hopefully I can share pics this weekend!!

Monday, Dh was in a car accident--he is TOTALLY fine. But his car isn't. He took yesterday off work to sort everything out. The other guys' insurance just got back to him today and work will start on the car Monday, but he is picking up a rental tonight. Hopefully, his car work won't take too long!

@Rania-I feel the same as you about quitting your job! I left mine in September 2011, it wasn't worth the stress, depression (weight gain from stress and depression..). It has been a huge adjustment and I am only just now feeling it. I quit in the thick of planning our wedding, then had my sisters, then started working on the house. It can be a bit lonely because all of my friends work during the day.

Tressy - I do transcribing every day about 2000 lines of text besides being here on PW and my other typing.  I have been crocheting about 5 days a week for the past couple of months.  I think I bruised the bone from the renovation, because it's feeling better each day.  : )

Oh my gosh Jess, I'm glad he is okay, but what a pain.  FX that the car will be fixed soon.  Can't wait to see the pics of your dining room!!! : )

Oh okay and wowo with all the typing! You go girl! I am glad it feels better!
