@Becca and Rania--I hope you ladies are okay...that storm is just insane!
@Olivia--Snow already? That's crazy! I do wish we could get a little snow in my area, but it only happens rarely, which is a bit sad...
@Jess--You must let us know when you open a shop! I'd love to see some of your work.
@Mel--I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. I'll keep the two of you in my prayers (and pray that he can get in earlier than January 8th!).
I've been busy with work, as usual. It's been a difficult year, but there's not much that I can do about it. DH passed his alternative teacher's certification exam, and he's applying for jobs in the area; it would be awesome if he
could start his internship in January, but we're not holding our breath.
The next big thing on my list is NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month--I posted about it in the main forum). I've never done it, but I have a few friends who have participated in the past. I may be crazy for trying it this year,
but I'm wanting something to do for myself since I'm spending so much of my time on everything else. So here's to trying to write my first ever novel (of at least 50,000 words) in one month. Dear Lord, what did I sign up for?!
