@theprincess: i do it as soon as i wake up ... nothing in my system. through out the day your weight fluctuates so much so it isn't truthful but first thing in the morning will be your truest weight.
Just weighed in at 153.6. Down 0.5 from last week. Not amazing, but i'm jsut glad I didn't gain over the holiday weekend!
10.5 down and 13.5 to go to goal weight!
