DH and I "splurged" and bought ourselves a Wii with some of our wedding money, and I'd love to connect with other gamers.  I'd love to hear some of your reviews, tips, favorite games, etc.....Bring it!

Yay! =) I'm thinking about getting a wii for the wii fit. Do you know if it's any good?

My cousin lost 11lbs after getting Wii Fit. If I were more disciplined about exercising at home, and didn't have such a cranky downstairs neighbor  ;)  I would have considered it.

I like that it tracks all your stats and is encouraging and makes exercise fun.  I'm not sure if they came out with more Games for the Fit specifically but I think they will need to because I could see where I would need more variety over time.

O just to let you lovely ladies know (I am not sure if you knew this or not, b.c I wasn't when I first got a wii, so I thought I would fill you in) that if you want to save $$ on games, buy gamecube games. They are compadible (sp?) with the wii! (but if you play gamecube games on the wii you need to use the gamecube remote, and you can plug it in at the top of the wii after you open the little door.) I thought that was awesome, but FYI if you want to save your Gamecube games on the wii you have to buy a memory card for the wii (never tried that but I was told that from someone) Good luck and happy gaming!!!:) O, AND I LOVE THE WII!!! Your welcome Tiger girl, OMG!!! I love Mario Kart!!!!:) Anyone a Zelda fanatic? The Zelda game for the Wii is AWESOME!! (its called Zelda and the Twilight princess) FYI *This game was also made for the gamecube* You get to play as a wolf and get your *sixth sense* LOL (You can see ghosts, in select areas!!)

I used to be ADDICTED to Zelda for Nintendo.  Maybe I should get it for the Wii too, then I would never get any work done tho!

I know what you mean, I must have beat the ocorania (sp?) of time one like 50 times!! But my sister could draw a map of the original zelda anytime you needed it!
