I think that dress #2 (the sparkly a-line) looks really good on you!  the last one is a beautiful dress - but I've never been a fan of horizontal pleating?

So sorry the maggie didn't work out for you - I gave up on it as well.

Cheers!

I went through the same thing- the dress I thought I wanted didn't look as good on me and I thought it would...

I think you look great in the other two! They are also 2 different dresses/ styles so sleep on it...  I feel like I rushed into my dress- so just keep looking if your not completely sold- there are so many dresses out there and as you try them all on you learn what works for your body, you know?

For example- the first dress (your original love) has that lining around your waist- these dresses NEVER looked good on me b/c of my curves- I felt like they dug into me and looked funny.  So I liked dresses like your other two b/c they skimmed over my body, smoothed me out, and looked great when I was all sucked in with my corset...  I also like the empire or dropped waisted dresses for this too- rather then one sthat stopped right at my waist...

BTW- I love the 'glitz' in the third dress- very chic and stunning...

I like both 2 and 3. Either one would look great on you. I think I like #3 a tiny bit more. Very flattering and a bit unique.  Sorry your original dress didn't work out, but you will feel much better in a dress that flatters you more.

I love the first gown, but it would need to be altered to fit on top better. A bolero jacket would look really lovely with it. It can be altered to fit your body - just find a good seamstress and the dream gown will work!
