Wen's Warehouse Nightmare!

I have had the WORST experience with Men's Warehouse. I even took a poll on my facebook thinking maybe i was just being dramatic. But no. Everyone i knew that has been married or is getting married had the same complaints! Poor customer service, NO manager ever there and they were always short staffed. We got my FI a linen suit. He is pretty thin and he likes his clothes fitted for whatever reason and the suit was already a slim fit. He had to get the pants and coat taken in. We go to pick it up and the tayloring is WAY off the crotch is really saggy and there is a hole in it, jacket is huge and they didnt hymn the pant. Go in for round 2.....4 days before my wedding and the jacket was taken in again and looked horrible! Plus the pants were too short. Its english cut and was taking in so much that the little flap in the back mad him look like he had a HUGE butt! I was mortified and livid! I had to excuse myself, go to my car and cry my eyes out! BUT when i came back in the store the manager had seen i was crying and refunded us for EVERYTHING! And gave us the suit. I would but a suit from them again but i would steer FAR clear of the tayloring and take it to someone you trust.

Oh man! That stinks. Glad you got your money back. I would say Men's Warehouse is not the best. We used them as well. No horrible problems, just not the greatest. Ekk, can't believe your wedding is in 3 days!!
