what are you giving up in order to stay within budget?

I am giving up the dream of lots and lots of flowers! But I am happy with what I am getting! :)

table covers, a DJ, professional B-Pics, lovely center pieces actually im going to stop there because i hate thinking about it.

If I listed everything i'd be here all day so instead i'll just make it simple, not one thing about my wedding is what I wanted. lol It's still going to be awesome but it is nowhere near my dream wedding and what I thought it would be.

Giving up lots no real flowers, no programs... no videographer... my dream centerpieces (reduced to DIY project :( )

Giving up a lot of flowers adn possibly favors so I can focus decorations for reception.

I am glad I am not the only one that felt cheated by the lack of cash.  If I had the $$, my wedding would be a lot different.  I am giving up lots of flowers, an actual church wedding and real reception, quality photography, dream ring, party size... the list could go on and on...
