I just this on Facebook and thought that you ladies might be interested in doing this for the month. What Are You Thankful For?

Day 1:  I am thankful that DH and I got through the storm and that our power was only out for 36 hours, and internet came back today.

Day 1: I'm thankful that we made it out of this storm in one piece! Our house sustained no damage and all of our friends and family are ok. There is so much devastation around us that our safety is more meaningful than ever before.

I like the idea! I just don't like posting a whole lot of facebook. I think a thread for this is a great idea :) Thanks Becca!

Day 1: I am thankful for my health. I had a back spasm last Saturday -something that has NEVER happened to me before, and I could barely walk for a bit. I am so thankful I've never really been injured ever.

Day 2:  I am grateful that my family and friends (online as well) allow me to be who I am, even my faults.  They allow me to share my crazy stories or ideas, and encourage me to follow my dreams, even though sometimes that means my working more.  I would not be the person I am today without that support.

grr. late.

day 1- yesterday, i was thankful for (this is sooo shallow) the AMAZING pair of jeans i found, of which, every shirt i tried on with them, looked amazing. --- allow me to explain... i have an almost 2 year old, i havent bought a good pair of jeans since before i was pregnant bc i refused to spend alot of money on a size i was hoping i wouldnt always be. when i was going through my closet weeding out what i didnt want, i realized of the 9 pairs of jeans i own, only TWO are wear-able, and one of the two was questionable. im just not a size 25 any more :( after having my daughter, i was a 27/28 but have steadily been dropping weight, so one of DHs bday gifts to me, was a gift card to buy new jeans with. soooo i went last night. and was extremely excited that i fit into a 26 AND they looked good. haha, iv fit into that size, but they werent very flattering! so, i am thankful for that ego boost :) :)

and today. -- less shallow..
day 2- i am thankful for the AMAZING little family i have. they are my rock and my everything. i am so greatful for everything that DH does for us and our family. i dont know where i would be with out him in my life.

Day 3:  I am thankful that I have a job and while times are slow right now, I'm hoping that it will pick up and/or I can find another one that will help supplement income.  I am also very thankful that I work from home, which helps so much!

Day 3: I am thankful for my inlaws. Last night, my husband and I sat on a gas line for over three hours only for the gas station to run out. We went to another line until midnight it also ran out. Since my husband has to go to work at 4:00 AM, we went home so he could sleep. I decided to go out on my own and get on line again. So basically I have been up all night, waiting on a huge line with my best friend who thankfully came with me, freezing. At 6 AM when the gas station opened, the owner informed us that the shipment he was supposed to receive is NOT coming through. I literally started crying. My husband's car that he took to work is ALMOST on empty. That is barely enough gas to get him to work, let alone home. My car's light lit up while I was on line yesterday. As I returned home, exhausted and frustrated, my father in law was standing outside our house with three gas cans for us. He waited all night in New Jersey and was able to fill up his cars and his cans. I am so lucky!!!!
