With 50 days left I figure I should get started on our favors. The problem is I don't really have any ideas for something that isn't your usual favor. What is everyone else doing?

We are doing mini pumpkins with ribbon

we're wavering with this as well...but i believe we're going to splurge and get a photobooth, which will serve as favors. we also considered music note bookmarks, since our theme is music/literature. food is always appreciated i'd think!

i've heard a lot of people aren't doing traditional favors anymore, but donating money to a charity and then putting a little note on each person's plate explaining that in lieu of favors, a donation has been made in the guests name to blank charity.

it's so hard to decide because the favors i've received from weddings have just sat around collecting dust and i didn't want that to happen. hope i could help somewhat!

our favors will be a frosted white votive holder that's going to say thank you on it, then a book of matches with our names and date with a fox design on it (since Fox will be my new last name i thought that was clever instead of doing a monogram) and the last favor is the golf club place card holder that can also be used to hold a picture.  all things that can be used again. 

We (and by we I mean I) made homemade soap and molded it into heart shapes, each guest will get 2 pieces. (crossing my fingers we have under 100 guests since thats the number of boxes I have...)

We have cookie cutters (maple leaf, pumpkin, and another leaf) we are tying recipies to them. 3 diff recieps that go with the shape of the cutter.

we have a photobooth that we were going to use as favors but dear fi and my mom insisted on favors. so we got a white favor box from Micheal's and going to put these traditional coconut candies from puerto rico, typical and traditional candies, into the boxes.

Were considering not doing anything at all. If we do, it will be some type of candy or a donation. But were really leaning towards no favors.

We are just putting candies on the tables that are wrapped in our colors. We are on a pretty strict budget so this was the easiest/cheapest we could think of.

we're having a photobooth.  I can't wait, so excited.
