i am terrified to walk down the aisle!!  im starting to get nervous thinking about it!! i am soooo afraid of how my face will look walking down the aisle haha. its a long walk, and if i look at people, i know ill smile or make a dumb face, so i want to avoid that. but if i only look at drew, i might laugh or cry. i think i will have to rearrange my wedding so the girls enter from the side and the men walk down the aisle ;)

i know im not the only one with a crazy fear. (its only natural right?!) so lets hear some of yours, any maybe if we giggle at/with each other, it wont be as bad as we think!

  • No one will show
  • everyone will show up late
  • decor wont be how i envisioned
  • its going to rain

Aww, you'll be fine kplusd! Even if you do make a funny face or laugh or cry, that's just you being you! You won't look dumb, just natural:)

My biggest fear is that the day will fly by in a big blur, and I won't be able to soak it all in and enjoy all the special moments. Everyone keeps telling me how fast it will go...and I believe it, because I can't believe how fast our 10 month engagement has flown by! But I really want to be able to look back and have specific memories, and not just a confused hodgepodge...and I'm not sure how to ensure that that happens.

Lol! I am super excited to walk down the aisle! Right now that is my most looking forward to moment!! (and wearing my dress all day)

RAIN. I'm having an outside wedding and it can NOT rain! I'm so scared (with my luck) that it will RAIN! eeeeek! Please pray it doesn't!!! Other than that Im scared i'll be so nervous that I pass out! Lol! Let's hope that doesn't happen either!

I'm SOOOO ready for the big day already! Hurry up July!! ;)

bk--- im sure everyone will show up!!! who doesnt love a wedding!

littlebit-- i read somewhere that you and your husband (ahh ur gona have one of those!!) should just take a minute and step out to observe everything and everyone having fun. that way, even if the majority of the day is a blur, you will always remember that moment that you both created together, watching everyone you love, love you!

juliee-- that is exactly why we changed our outside wedding, inside! sept is hurricane season here, so we picked an indoor venue instead. but i will deff pray that you dont pass out and you have the most perfect weather everrrr!! im so ready for your big day too! i cannot wait to see pictures

I do fear that my vision won't come to life, and that timing will be off horribly somehow. I know it won't...but yea. My fear is basically that people won't have fun or enjoy the food or what not, but I know it will all be fine!!

And, littlebit, I totally agree!! That's why I'm still trying to convince FI for videography!

I'm just worried that it won't be well organized, and everyone will feel like they are in everyone elses way!! Our venue is really small (our house!) and we're having both the ceremony and reception there. I don't want all my guests to feel like they're running over each other throughout that transition!! Ahh!

Alex and I are leaving right after the ceremony to go take pictures for that very reason - I'm afraid to watch!!!

I am the most clumsy person every and im really afraid i may trip or fall! I have anxiety about my day already and i hate being the center of attention.  I am afraid im going to forget to do something or pay for something. Keep having dreams i forgot to schedule a JP...

Oh and im afraid of some drama with certain people. My FI already said if anything happens he said he will say" Hey so and so will you please come with me?" the escort them to the door and tell them not to come back...HA l love that man!

My fears were:

  • Too many people would show up (the church could hold up to 150 and because of family members adding more people, we had a guest list of 161).
  • A fight would break out amongst relatives
  • It would be pouring down rain.
Well, we had less than 100 people at the wedding because of a funeral (many of our guests attended church with the man who died and hosted a meal for the family).  There weren't any fights.  And while it rained throughout the day, it managed to stay dry that morning when I got my hair done, and that afternoon for the wedding.
