omg...we still have alot of things to do with just 20 days to go!!

• work on table numbers
• go back to the bakery, make a couple of changes to the cake
• work on the cake stand & table #s
• finish making vendor payments
• go over things w/ the calligrapher
• contact the stragglers who didnt rsvp thank god we only have 6
• forward our photographer the shot list
• same for our videographer
• go to my final fitting
• work on seating chart
• go to hair trial
• finish doing the guestbook and bpic book
• buy garter, cake cutting, toasting glasses, and ring bowl
• go over rentals with the rental company and florist to finalize everything
• contact the church coordinator regarding the rehearsal
• forward dj w/ our list of songs

update on my list as of today..

I just have to send the DJ form in, and mostly all done!  Time to enjoy my family and friends, 4 days left!

I am almost done.  Tuesday afternoon we depart to Florida to start paying bills and start getting ready for the big day in 12 days.

11 days until our wedding and we nearly finished with all things... only the bills have to be paid by this week. And we have an appointment with our florist to give her my DIY things for the reception, like menu cards, tealight-glasses, vases filled with stuff and our guest favours. oh, and i should receive my petticoat next week!

i just finished the jewelry for my MOH and the girlfriend of his best man, this was a heavy job to do!

my H2b gets his suit next week, 3 days before the wedding!

oh, and we have to clear up some little things but thats not a great problem at all!

2 days before the wedding i have to fill up my DIY ring pillow with green chrysanthemums and make the flower decorations for our bus car. but thats just simple.

and for my beauty: 3 days before the wedding i will bleach my hairline and colour it up with my red dye for the perfect red i really love. 2 days before the wedding i get a peeling for my body and face skin, a mask for more hydrating and my nails get ready for the red colour. 1 day before the wedding i get to my hair stylist and she will cut it a little bit for a good condition to hold up the curls in my hair.

uhhhh its so near!!! i can`t wait!!!

5days to go!!!  We have to:

• print our placecards and alphabetize for the hotel...
• pick up ceremony programs from the printer
• drop off placecards, favors, cake knife, guest book, cake topper and toasting glasses
• get marriage license
• final meeting/payment to the hotel

I think that's it!  Kind of scary...defnitely feel like I'm forgetting sometihng.

5 days to go.... I have to:

Make my veil

figure out how to do my hair

find some jewelry.

18 days to go:

• Spray paint my bird cage (card holder)
• Assign bridesmaid tasks
• Find a crucifix necklace for Catholic ceremony
• Lose 2-3 more pounds
• Get a facial
• Get hair cut & colored
• Double check printing of escort cards
• Final meetings with reception venue, photographer, DJ
• Final make up and hair trial
• Wrap bridal party presents
• Write letters to my girls to throw in their gift bag at RD

i am sure i have more to do...

• pack HM bag
• Pack overnight bag day before wedding
• do guest book and candy buffet signs
• Finsih putting ribbons on the boxes
• clean up the house before we leave to CA
• Pick up my dress

We are doing good! Just a few more details to take care of -

- Finish up some more DIY decorations

- Pick up my dress this Saturday

- Meet with the venue to finalize details

- Pack my bags

- Find gifts for our parents and some other relatives

Trying to get it all done this week because OOT family start arriving next week! EEK!
