Ohhh, that is one of my faves. It's called "Feel Script" and it's $99 at veer.com:

The closest FREE font to "Feel Script" is called "Monterey":

I know, it's mad pricey. . . the free "Monterey" version doesn't have the same pretty flourishy variations, but it has a similar look.
