How about some tough love?  :)

DREAMIN'! ! ! ! !

It's time to get the TOOSHIE IN GEAR!

Do you want to look like THIS on your wedding day?

I'm kidding, really. . .because you know what?  If you don't lose 20 pounds you are STILL BEAUTIFUL :)

Step 1: find an activity you love.  It's hard to get off the couch when you know that you have to go workout to something you hate doing.

Step 2: Journal your food

Do each - and watch your motivation grow!

LMAO.

I need to hang that on the bathroom mirror for inspiration.  Too funny!

OMG, want some serious motivation? I took some pics of myself (using the timer on my camera) with just some shorts and a sports bra on - to serve as my "before" pictures...holy crap, that is inspiration enough for me to get my a#$ into gear!! Whenever I'm feeling too lazy to work out I just come over to my laptop and take a look at the HORRIFYING pictures, lol.

Set small goals, like "next week I will work out 2x's" and then "the week after that I'll work out 3x's and only eat one 'cheat' meal" When you look at the big picture and say "I want to lose 20lbs" it seems like such a huge undertaking. Set short term goals and it makes the whole process so much easier.

Love the mallow man and need him for inspiration too.

future---that is a great idea! I'm scared to do it though.

I feel like a work out hard, and eat well, but can't loose. It is so frustrating!

Good job, DREAMIN!! I had the same prob too! You've just GOT to make it a priority.  Find whatever it is you need that will FORCE you to get up and go work out.  If you've got to paste post-it notes on every wall in your house, do it!! Once you get into the routine, (I'd say abuot after a month or so) it will feel more natural and it will be a part of your regular routine.

Throw all your junk food in the garbage and stockpile your pantry with foods you can't stomach (that'll keep you out of there)!!  If you break the rules and start eating junk food, punish yourself.  Some folks choose to put money in a jar, others cancel their cable for a month, etc.  You get the idea.  Good luck!
