If you don't mind sharing your budget please post it here.  =)

We're looking at (hopefully) 12k or a little under, though I'm willing to go to 15k max.

I have tons of DIYs to do and I'm really looking forward to it.

Thankfully, the best part of planning this far in advance is that once you make your deposits (venues, caterers, etc.) you can make monthly payments and be paid off without breaking yourself.

I'm actually using these 3 years to save up $5000. A lot of it I'm buying now, and it's things that are easily reusable. Aside from that it's a lot of DIY.

I'm aiming to max out at $5-6K. Hopefully I'll go under :)  I'm taking advantage of every off season sale I can find and DIY projects galore. My Mom has a spare closet and it's getting SO packed!!! Well, we've been engaged for 14 years. So that's a lot of stuff!

We are trying to stay under 20K but...We are renting a lodge in the mountains for 2 nights and hopefully it will fit most of our guests since alot are from OOT. We are renting out the reception place as well and that starts at 5K but it goes towards your food and drink. FI college buddies are all coming and boy beer goes fast with them! Like "thrila" we are also using these 2 years to save save save. I plan on DIY for alot of things.

@ellewinfrey: wow, what amazing gifts! You are so lucky to have such a giving family :)

We want to keep it under $10000, but our venue with food (and most decorations: china, linens, candelabras, pews, etc. - just doesn't include flowers) will take $10000. So we are hoping to keep it under $20000.

I don't want to spend more than $5,000 between my FI and myself. That doesn't include the help our families have offered. My FMIL gave us $3,000, my father is giving us $2,000ish, and my aunt gave us $500. So far, that puts our budget (all inclusive) at $9,500 :] But I hope to be under!
