I am a Pisces and FI is a Leo....

i was never one that was really big into astrology so when i first met him i had no idea what i was signing up for when you have a LEO 'the lion' as your man lol!

as for me..i am pretty much like what Pisces are described to be....laid back, a dreamer, obsessed with travel, overly sensitive, passive at times...

~obviously we clash over things like decision making. i am usually very indecisive, super sensitive, not always realistic...where my LEO is very structured, sarcastic, very realistic and serious at times...sometimes unempathetic...i have to sometimes remind myself that he always means well even when his delivery may not always sit well with me ;-)

it's always interesting when the two of you have such different personalities but that is the joy of it all...trying to find a creative way to make it work and accept each other for who we all are!!

I am a crazy a** GEMINI.

when i looked up the compatability for me and Eric, i honestly got depressed at first. it was always saying we would have issues but, whatever. i took it with a grain of salt afterwards and said you know what, we each have control over our own selves, choices and decisions and i refused to let some darn horiscope written by Cleo the the psychic (memba her lol!) tell me otherwise!

He's a CANCER.

So....a gemini and a cancer....hmmm...here's what I found online:

Sun Sign Compatibility Reading
Cancer + Gemini

Out in the "real world," next door neighbors often don't fully understand each other's needs, then again maybe you two could find love with the sign next to each other. Remember, when you're involved with a Gemini, you're involved with a jack-of-all-trades, a whiz-kid, a trickster and a messenger. When you're involved with a Cancer, you're involved with a parent, a patriot, a nurse and a night-owl

.

If you can give a Gemini good communication, social interchanges and a variety of life experience, then you have a better chance of getting their love and affection. If you can give a Cancer emotional commitment and security, a loving home and some care for children, you have a better chance of getting their love and affection.

At heart, Cancer is more emotional, while Gemini is more intellectual. Gemini is essentially articulate, versatile and adroit. Put another way, Gemini likes variety. Gemini is an idea person. On the other hand, Cancer is a good person who needs to deal with family and emotional issues. Cancer's hugs are world class and Cancer's snuggles are second to none. Cancer is naturally inclined to be touchy about some, but not all relatives and needs to work on the family tree and make some sense of it all.

At times, Cancer may feel like Gemini has not one, but at least two different personality sides. Gemini's mind naturally likes to go from subject to subject. Gemini has varied interests and like to keep up with what's going on in the world. Gemini can be the original "quick study" who grasps facts, concepts and ideas. On the other hand, Gemini can get bored easily and do not like things to drag along.

Cancer has moods that change about four times a day, every two and a half days, every month and every 18 or 19 years. Cancer needs to make the most of these cycles, and establish goals with corresponding deadlines. It is important for Gemini to be considerate of Cancer's changing moods.

Gemini needs open lines of communication. The best friends for Gemini are the ones who appreciate Gemini's sense of humor. Cancer is not necessarily the most direct individual. Security is something Cancer is always aware of. Usually it's a top priority. Cancer is definitely strong and protective of turf.

This is incredibly and eerily accurate.  I'm going to take 5 minutes to pray.  I'm afraid.  BRB

I'm a Virgo and he's a Saggitarius... I'm not really into the zodiac stuff...especially since mine rarely relates to me... I think I'm more on the Virgo/Leo cusp or something. Or maybe I'm just in denial.  lol

Okay I looked it up too ...this is apparently written for taurus (him) about pisces (me)

Taurus sign compatibility with Pisces

Taurus and Pisces, sensual Earth and dreaming lakes...
<!-- para +1 -->
For a Taurus, Pisces is indeed a perfect match, with his/her weird poetry, with the sensitiveness, understanding and spirit of sacrifice that characterize this native governed by Neptune, the dream and mysticism giver.
<!-- para +2 -->
Pisces will teach you the subtlety of living life at an artistic level, the altruism, and you could take him/her out sometimes, help your Pisces trust him/herself and especially give him/her a material base (Pisces are not into money and don't care about these earthly matters), teach him/her how to administer money and not to allow the others to take advantage of him/her.
<!-- ex 20insert --><!-- para -2 -->
You'll feel good together and your Pisces will understand and appreciate you very much, because (s)he admires and respects firmness and perseverance, shores and lands that (s)he can rely on. But you'll soon realize that your Pisces has no sense of reality! That's ok, you'll say, you have enough common sense for both of you. Moreover, the Pisces native likes being dominated, so from this point of view (s)he's the perfect for you, dear Taurus.
<!-- para -1 -->

Interesting ..... some more I found

Faithfulness? Yes, Pisces has it, and (s)he offers it dearly, even without asking for too much in return. (S)He needs time to make a decision, just like you, but his/her decisions are final.
<!-- para +1 -->
Water and Earth mix very well when it comes to physical relationships. To the Pisces native, sex is an almost mystical experience, which - combined with your gift of making love, inherited from beautiful Venus, the mistress of your sun sign - can only take you to perfection. This is a lasting love.
<!-- para +2 -->
Tenderness and affection? Your Pisces has a lot to offer. Imaginative as (s)he is, making love to him/her can always be an interesting experience, especially to a Taurus that can hardly ignore the patterns (s)he likes so much. You are good at shapes and reality, at sensible things. Pisces is often exotic and sometimes even weird so you'll be troubled by questions like: "Do I really have to eat all this at candle light? I can't even see what I'm eating!"
<!-- ex 20insert --><!-- para -2 -->
If you can follow your Pisces' path, you'll discover an ethereal and fascinating world. But don't let your Fish go off the rails too much - (s)he has this tendency in everything (s)he does. On the other hand, if you approach him/her with practical issues, trying to bring him/her down to earth... (s)he'll lose enthusiasm completely, so you'd better take it easy with prosaism around your Pisces, otherwise you'll lose him/her and when the Pisces leaves, (s)he usually leaves for good.
<!-- para -1 -->
Therefore, is a Taurus-Pisces relationship meant to be? Yes, definitely, if you are willing to be loved in a way you don't understand, to accept Pisces' caprices and enter a world with no solid base, but much, much imagination and present living.

Ha ...it makes me sound like a weirdo with no grasp on reality ...LOL
