I thought we could share information on when we go shopping, with who, frequency of shopping, and all that good stuff.

I try and go MAJOR shopping once every 3 months with in-between stuff once a week.  DH and I usually go together since we go to BJ's or Cotsco for our bulk shopping.  I try and start with a detailed list of what we need and attach the coupons that we can use to the list.  I also bring my coupon holder with us, just in case.  We like to go on Sundays during the normal dinnertime, as we tend to eat somewhat late because of scheduling. 

For grocery store shopping, I get a little "overbearing" - according to DH.  I take the weekly sales ad, write down a detailed list with the price of what we are getting and place the coupons on the list.  We usually go to the grocery store every two weeks.

We usually do a big run for staples at the beginning of the month (things that don't spoil and go in the cabinets) and pick up fresh meat and veggies weekly unless there is a good deal and then we stock up and freeze. We drink a lot of milk at my house so we go every day to get that. :-)

We usually go every two to three months for everything, but your style seems to make more sense to me.  We have a small space, so I'm hoping once we move to a bigger place, we will be able to stock up more when the sales are going on. 

We currently live in a small apartment that has an even smaller kitchen and no cabinets. I've learned to maximize the space I DO have really well though and I think that's my secret! Anyone who opens my cabinets is always shocked with how much I have in them!

I use these can stackers, (these work for average cans too) and have adjusted my shelves height so everything has a place. (Most cabinets can be adjusted if you pull the pins out and move them around, have DH help you! My DH was the one who fixed mine for me.) 

The continer store is your friend when you have a small space!

Oooh, I love that idea!!!  I have never been to that store.  I should definitely check it out because I need more space for supplies.  I just started selling Avon so I need more room for samples and all that.  THANK YOU!!

Also, went grocery shopping last night and saved $58.36 just with the in-store sales and coupons.  This particular store does double coupons, except when it states not to double on the actual coupon, but besides going to BJs for our meat, I will be frequenting this grocery store more often with my coupons.  : o )
