what's you opinion? fan paper program or palm fan w/ attached program

I am getting married in Pasadena is September so there is potential for some real heat. I can't decide if I want to make a paper fan program or buy palm fans and attach programs. I think both are nice and equally affordable. We will be getting married outside in a courtyard.... maybe the palm is too beachy? Opinions? Pics below, but they would be in our colors, chocolate & red.

Also, we are not doing favors, so I thought the real fan might be kinda nice b/c it could serve as a favor.

it really depends on the style of your wedding. I love the second one, but it does with my style

If you're worried about the heat, then I'd go with the palm fan. I think it'll work better as a fan than the paper fan. I don't think it's too beachy, I think it'll look nice for a courtyard wedding. Plus, it'll serve as a favor too.

oooh, I really like option #2. The palm fan really works better as an actual fan in case of heat and it makes for a nice keepsake.

we used palm fans for our wedding.. luckily it wasnt that hot.. but honestly they work GREAT!

We're doing something like option 1 but with 6 fan blades. I bought 300 gram paper from papersource so it's really heavy and will work as a fan pretty well. :) That's my project this week so hopefully I can post some pics soon!

I like the palm fan, but that is also because I am filipino and it reminds me a little of that country. But the paper are nice as well.
