What to bring to work for lunch?

Lately, the most annoying thing has been my loss of appetite. I'm so hungry all the time which is when I feel the worst, yet most everything sounds gross and I don't wanna eat it. Greek yogurt and string cheese are temporary relievers but I can never think about what to bring to work for lunch. I've tried bringing soup but that usually turns my stomach now too. I'm trying not to go out anymore cause it's not healthy and the costs add up. Any suggestions?

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were my go-to lunches in that first trimester.  I know some may disapprove bc of peanut allergies but I didn't care.  It was the only think that I could eat cold while still getting some fat and protein.  I avoided hot meals bc of the smell.  And I snacked on crackers with laughing cow cheese and apples throughout the day.

I kept a box of Frosted Flakes in my drawer, and took a lot of wraps (cheese and ham mainly).

To be honest while I was in the office I just ate whatever I fancied at the time, and then made sure I had a good balanced meal in the evening. Some days I would just eat potato chips, sometimes just chocolate - as long as I was eating I didn't worry too much.

Haha DMN - I too lived off of PB & J's!  I would eat one for breakfast everyday!

I lucked out that no specific food actually made me throw up so I could actually bring stuff.  But I lived on the cheese cracker sandwich things.  They seemed to settle my stomach and so did cheese sticks.  Right now I'm trying to kick my unhealthy addiction to Cheetos......

I'm thinking pb&j's are on my list now :) Cheese definitely helps me too, maybe cause of the protein. Thanks ladies!
