What to have flower girls carry?!?

Okay, so the priest who is marrying FI and I doesn't like petals in the church. I don't blame him, but it kinda stinks. I need some good ideas on what to have my 2 flower girls carry. TIA!

I went with simple...I made a pomander/kissing ball for my FG to hold...she would get freaked out if I asked her to walk and throw stuff with people staring at her!

I made pomander balls as well all they have to do is look cute and carry them :)

Rose or daisy pomanders are adorable for flower girls. or you can have your florist put an arrangement of flowers in their basket to carry.

My florist is making her a matching mini-bouquet....  Shes excited to do something different too- this is her 4th wedding and shes used to dropping petals.  I saved money this way too- no basket and a cheap bouquet! :)

Wow her 4th wedding!! Her parents need to start charging people to use their daughter!!

I know and shes MY niece- MY everything haha So we just say this is what she has been waiting for :) It was her practice rounds!   We even got her a red dress- shes super excited to wear it, so the experiece is a little different then what shes used to haha Red dress, no petals- ah poor girl, but shes actually liking it :)

Our priest does not like petals either, but I want our Flower Girl to be able to drop petals. So we compromised. I suggested to him using silk petals and he was ok with that.

Maybe ask him about silk. They carry them at Michael's.
