I think the first dvd I purchased was Breakfast at Tiffany's & my most recent (besides tv shows like true blood) was probably Taken.

My first one(s) were my selections from Columbia House (looong time ago).  I got 

Se7en,   Pulp Fiction,  the Last Dragon,  & Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion.

I know I got more but I can't remember.

The last one I bought was the Proposal. 

Gosh, I can't even remember...

FI's first DVD though was Ghostbusters :)

Then his first blu ray was Rataouille :)

His most recent? (He's been buying the movies he he) I can't remember.. Twilight, for me, maybe??

I can't remember my first one, but unfortunately the most recent one was Transformers 2.  (yuck)  I had to though, bc my husband has a little part in it so I had to be a supportive wife. :)

I liked Transformers 2... I just can't stand Megan Fox....

I can't stand her either.  My husband got to meet her, as well as the other "stars".  I do think she's pretty but she's probably the worst actress I've ever seen. lol

So Steve (DH) got to watch them film the end where she's kneeling over Shia and Steve said Michael Bay kept yelling "cut" and making her do the scene over and over and then he told her to take a break and go work with her acting coach.  :)

i think my first one was Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

most recent.. we just got UP and also have Star Trek on order - my two favorite movies of the past summer!

I bought three at the same time because they were in the $5 bin at Walmart.  Ever After, Wrong Turn, and Clueless =)

I think the irst DVDs I purchased were a set.  Audrey Hepburn...it had Breakfast at Tiffany's in it which I'm named for.  I now own three different copies of that movie (they all have different features). Last DVD purchase was The Proposal, Ryan Reynolds, yum.
