Does anyone know where I can find french veil netting in San Diego? I would like to DIY a birdcage veil but can't find the fabric.  Have been to Yardage Town and JoAnn Fabrics and both have looked at me like I'm crazy when asking for it and when I show them a picture they send me over to tulle.
