I was at Jamba Juice this morning craving a little shake, and I saw the Peanut Butter Moo'd one and a thing above it said "230 calories". I knew in my head (get a fruity one!) but I was craving a little peanut butter. Then the guy asked me if I
wanted the original size or the large. So I said orginal. If it's only 230 cals, that's a decent breakfast! While he's making my smoothie, I go glance through the book on the wall with all the nutrition info and glanced at the one I just ordered.
770 calories?!!?!? What the hell?!?!?!? I look back at the board and it still says 230 cals... right above that it says The Blackberry smoothie only (second line) 230 cals. So... not talking about my smoothie.... nope. Another case of NOT
actually paying attention to what I'm ordering. Well another lesson learned... and I split it into my breakfast and my lunch. It's filling enough for each at least. And Jillian Michaels kicked my ass. Lesson learned. :)
