Hey Ladies,

I decided (as of yesterday) to start utilizing my Wii fit more--i.e. to try to do 30-60 minutes of the Yoga/Muscle exercises for at least a month. After all, with such a hectic schedule, I'm unable to always make it to the gym or go outside in the unforgiving, cold and rainy Dutch winter.

I'm not really into loosing any more weight per say--I just really want to "tone up". If it means loosing a tiny bit more that's okay--but the real goal is to have a tiny bit more definition and flexibility. Slimming down after all isn't as much about loosing pounds as much as loosing inches right?

The great thing is that I can easily track my progress (weight and BMI) for the entire month. Who's wants to join me?

cheers,

Rina Mae

I will!!!  How many days a week are we talking?  But I'm going to focus more on losing weight, so I'll be doing the strength training/aerobics.

Thanks for joining me TigerGirl. It doesn't really matter how many days a week. ;) As long as you try to at least chart your "progress" once a week. I think that it also helps keep us in check. The amazing thing about the "game" is that you can program your own weight loss goals, and every time you check in, if it shows that you are gaining weight, it actually asks you why. Hahahhaa...its like having a nice private coach.

Can't wait to share each other's charts by the end of the month! =)

I love my Wii fit i got the new Wii fit Plus and it also counts calories and you can set a daily calorie loss goal and make you own workout so you dont have to keep going back to the screen to pick a new exercise....you set up your workout and it brings you through it no stoping and for those of us who are always on the go it tells you how long your workout is so if you only have 15 min you can set it up to the time you want and go, its awesome.  anyways I would love to join you it will help keep me motivated:)  This will be fun to see our progress

Angle - I've been considering "upgrading" to the Fit Plus, great review.  I just might have to go out and get it this weekend, sounds much better than the original.
