Hey Ladies,
I decided (as of yesterday) to start utilizing my Wii fit more--i.e. to try to do 30-60 minutes of the Yoga/Muscle exercises for at least a month. After all, with such a hectic schedule, I'm unable to always make it to the gym or go outside in
the unforgiving, cold and rainy Dutch winter.
I'm not really into loosing any more weight per say--I just really want to "tone up". If it means loosing a tiny bit more that's okay--but the real goal is to have a tiny bit more definition and flexibility. Slimming down after all isn't as much
about loosing pounds as much as loosing inches right?
The great thing is that I can easily track my progress (weight and BMI) for the entire month. Who's wants to join me?
