Well, sort of short term.  I didn't have the time or money to do b pics for my wedding so I'm going to do them for our one year anniversary.  That gives me approximately 10 months to get in the best shape of my life!  Help me do it, ladies!  :)

I need to get back to my routine of going to the gym 4-5 times a week and yoga twice a week.  I've never seen my body develop muscle the way it did when I was regularly practicing yoga. 

Any tips for me???

Find a partner-pay for a trainer-and get your hubby to do it with you...it will motivate you.

Stay positive.  If you can do it once you can do it again!

You can SO do it -- my advice is aim low to start -- you're talking about working out 7 days a week which is a LOT -- your body needs a break some days.  Maybe inital goal is 4 gym and 1 yoga a week?

Drink a lot of water!

Take your multi-vitamin!

Cut out sweets if you can.

Those things alone will do wonders for you.  YOU CAN DO IT!
